Thank you to all who joined us for our fantastic winter productions of Holiday Inn, Elf the Musical JR and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! We here at TMP are so grateful to be starting a new year of putting on high quality shows for all of you.
Next up is the PNW Regional Premiere of Dear Evan Hansen. You will not want to miss this production, which is unlike anything you have seen on the TMP stage before! Directed by Kayla Littleton and Christina Naficy, with musical direction by RJ Tancioco, this cast has been working incredibly hard to tell this important story about mental health, bullying and family.
Don’t miss our Behind the Curtain Event this weekend (now Saturday the 7th at 7pm to not conflict with the Super Bowl – Go Seahawks!) to meet the cast and learn more about this show and the technical feats our team are working on.
We appreciate the outpouring of support from our community in the wake of the loss of Jon Douglas Rake. We here at TMP are dedicated to continuing to produce high quality musical theater, the way Jon would expect. The celebration of his life will take place on Monday, February 16th and more information is available on our website for those who would like to join us in honoring the man who made all of this possible.
There is still much to come this season including our productions of Sweet Charity, Anything Goes, and Hairspray. Summer Camp at CampTMP is also coming up quickly, so keep an eye on your email and CampTMP social media for show and registration announcements coming VERY soon!

A deeply personal and profoundly contemporary musical, Dear Evan Hansen follows Evan, a high school senior with social anxiety, who finds himself at the center of a misunderstanding after a classmate's death. As a letter he wrote to himself is mistaken for a suicide note, Evan's fabricated connection with the student spirals into a story that brings him closer to others—and further from the truth. With a moving score and a powerful message about connection, identity, and the impact of lies, Dear Evan Hansen is a heartfelt exploration of what it means to belong.
