Lexi Barnett
Executive Producer
With over 15 years of experience in arts leadership, nonprofit administration, program development, and community engagement, Barnett's experience includes serving as Artistic Director of Broadway Olympia, Program Director of KidCo. Productions, Program Director of TMP Family Theater and Director of Discipleship Programs at University Place Presbyterian Church.
Guided by the belief that theatre thrives when the community feels welcomed, represented and engaged -she is committed to cultivating spaces where creativity, collaboration, and belonging flourish. She holds an M.F.A. in Directing and Theatre for Young Audiences from University of North Carolina Greensboro and a B.A. in Acting and Community Arts in Practice from Whitworth University. A Tacoma native, Barnett has deep roots in the South Sound arts community, and her appointment to this role represents a homecoming to an organization that has been woven into her family's story for years. TMP is where Barnett met her husband, Steve, who later served as TMP's Education Director and performed in numerous leading roles. Their daughters, Hazel and Juniper, have grown up with TMP youth programs and Hazel made her TMP mainstage debut last fall as an orphan in Annie. As Barnett steps into this new role, she and her family are excited to make this next chapter part of their family's Tacoma story. She is honored to steward TMP into it's "Act 2" following the passing of Founding Artistic Director, Jon Douglas Rake.
Kayla Littleton
Director of Education
Kayla has been performing musical theater since she was eight years old and made her stage debut as “Singing Scientist #7” in her elementary musical. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts (thesis in directing) from the University of Puget Sound, right here in Tacoma. She also has a teaching certificate in Elementary (K-8) Education and taught middle school in the Puyallup School District. During her final year at UPS, Kayla served as the education intern for the TMP 2016-2017 season and has not stopped working with CampTMP since. Some of her favorite CampTMP directing credits include Aladdin Jr (Summer 2017), Fiddler on the Roof Jr (Spring 2018), Mamma Mia! (Summer 2019) and The Little Mermaid (Summer 2022). Kayla is incredibly proud to be a part of the CampTMP family and to step into the role of Director of Education to continue to make CampTMP the best it can be.

Trevor Nunn
Interim Facilities Manager
Trevor graduated from The University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor's of Arts in Computer Science and Math. He has spent much of his adult life repairing and problem solving for old buildings in the Puget Sound area. Trevor is excited to be part of the TMP staff and to contribute to maintaining the historic buildings that TMP owns.

Brittany D. Henderson
Brittany has been involved in theatre both onstage and behind the scenes for over 30 years, with experience spanning performance, direction, stage management, intimacy consulting, education, and arts leadership. Brittany holds a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Puget Sound, as well as an MA and PhD in the field of higher education administration/leadership.
Prior to this role, Brittany worked at Cornish College of the Arts for nearly ten years, serving as the Dean of Student Affairs for 8 of those years. They are passionate about nurturing local talent, fostering collaborative creative spaces, and ensuring that theatre is a place where people feel seen, welcomed, and connected. Brittany steps into this role following the unexpected passing of TMP's former managing artistic director, Jon Douglas Rake, whose vision, leadership, and deep love for this community helped shape the Playhouse. Ceili Caruso
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Ceili has been singing and entertaining her entire life, but did not enter the world of musical theatre until the summer of 2008. Since then, she has performed in over 70 productions and continues to perform in TMP’s current seasons. In the same summer of 2008, she began her personal presence on social media and is excited to now bring her experiences to TMP as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Ceili graduated from Makeup and Cosmetology school in 2016 and has been using the skills she learned surrounding creativity and presentation to create a cohesive and eye-catching presence for TMP. She continues to learn and grow and looks forward to a bright future with TMP.

Braeden Linkenback
Scenic Carpenter
With eight years of experience in theatre, Braeden is passionate about bringing stories to life both onstage and behind the scenes. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, where he developed his skills as both a performer and scenic builder. One of his favorite parts of theatre is watching audiences walk into the space and seeing their faces light up with smiles and amazement as they take in the world we've created. Whether he's performing under the lights or building the sets that make each production possible, his goal is to inspire something in every person who steps through our theatre doors. He believes theatre has the power to spark imagination, create connection, and leave audiences with memories that stay with them long after the curtain falls.
