Senior Theater
The Education Program at TMP is working to provide a variety of educational performance opportunities for our senior community. Senior citizens can choose to engage by singing with the Memorie Singers chorus, or get involved on stage in a musical theater production with the Young at Heart Players.
Young at Heart Players!
What better way to be involved in the theater than to be on stage in the theater?!
The Tacoma Musical Playhouse Education Department is proud to present a program designed especially for our senior community. The Young at Heart Players provides an exciting opportunity for mature adults age 50 and older through a performance based workshop that rehearses from April 26th-June 23rd and culminates in a fully-staged musical production for everyone to enjoy. This program is free to all registered participants and will be directed by Mike Wilkinson (actor and retired theater director from Bellarmine Prep).
