TMP Ticket Donations

TMP TICKET DONATION PROGRAM:

Tacoma Musical Playhouse is proud to be a part of such an extraordinary group of charitable organizations that make Pierce County such a wonderful place to live and play.  As such, TMP awards an average of $3,000 worth of TMP & TCMT tickets annually to assist other Pierce County non-profit groups to raise funds through their own auction events.

PROGRAM CRITERIA:
(Requests must include the following to be considered for a donation.)

● Requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance of the event.

● The program must fall under the category of either:
           - the Arts
           - Education
           - Health / Humanities

● The organization must be located in, or service the residents of, Pierce County and its adjacent communities.

● The following information must be included in the request:
           - Full name and address of the Organization
           - Date of the Auction
           - Contact Name
           - Contact phone number

● Organizations identified by religious affiliation, or based on religious belief, are not eligible for our program.

The number of tickets available for donation each year is limited.  Season subscriptions cannot be donated.  Due to the sheer number of requests for donations received each year at TMP, we simply cannot honor all requests...regardless of how worthy the cause.  

TMP will provide a Gift Certificate for all approved donations which will specify a particular production or range of shows to which it can be applied.  After the auction event, the recipient must then call the TMP Box Office in advance of the desired performance date to redeem the tickets.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST:

Once you have determined that your organization qualifies for our donation program, submit your request on official letterhead with procurement form, if available, to:

Upon approval, TMP will mail the Gift Certificate donation to the address provided.  TMP is not able to respond to organizations whose requests do not meet our program criteria.
